This was the best way to end our ski trip! On our final day at Steamboat, we took a half day skiing in the morning so we could enjoy the Strawberry Park Hot Springs in the afternoon. I highly recommend registering for the shuttle service. The road to the hot springs is difficult to travel there were two cars off the road on our way there, the shuttle has studded tires, a 4-wheel drive, and an experienced driver. They picked us up at the hotel, delivered us to the hot springs with some information from the guide, and then picked us up after about 1.5 hours – a perfect amount of time to spend at the Springs. My two teenage kids loved the experience, I would recommend getting there before dark when the pools become clothing optional. My kids don’t need to see that! There are a few different hot pools and a cold pool to do a plunge in. We had fun rolling in the snow and then getting back in the pools.
