We recently traveled to the Vail valley for a ski trip and found this gem of a restaurant in Edwards, CO. The bartenders were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We sat at the bar and had Buffalo filet, Elk filet, grilled Quail, and Jackolope sausage. But the absolute highlight was the Buffalo ravioli. The menu was a bit pricier than we were hoping, but you get what you pay for – it was fantastic and very well prepared. I would recommend this restaurant for small groups looking for something different.
